At our reception, located on the ground floor and open 24 hours during high season, we will assist you to provide the best service and advise you on activities to do during your stay in our apartments. You will find a professional team there who will be delighted to assist you. In addition to checking in and collecting the keys to your apartment, we also offer additional services such as appliance rental, ticket purchases to Port Aventura, Ferrari Land, Costa Caribe, Aquopolis, Karting Salou, and water activities. You can also hire additional services such as cleaning during your stay and late check-out, among others. Furthermore, if you encounter any issues during your stay, our team will be available to provide assistance. We will be there to help you and ensure that you enjoy your holiday without worries.
